Depending on the kind of trust agreement our clients give us rights and duties authorising us to intervene on behalf of the trustor. Thus, we are performing various tasks for clients from Austria and abroad, ranging from the accounting of entitlements to benefits to the collection of the resulting monetary claims.

Mandates of the public sector

 

In 2008, the medical chamber of Vienna has given us the ongoing mandate to operate as their official clearing office for medical first-class fees. According to the published contracts, we are in charge of the invoicing, accounting and debt collection for all first-class fees for doctors working at AKH Vienna and in all public hospitals of the city of Vienna. The fees are transferred to the entitled doctors according to the agreed allocation keys.

 

Department heads and hospital directors of the university of Innsbruck and of the Tyrolean Clinics GmbH (formerly TILAK) have entrusted us as early as 2004 with the continuous mandate to operate as their official clearing office in accordance with the Tyrolean hospital law.
